They will not move away from the window even if the window is opened and closed or in windy conditions. The shutters have splits it them which allows you to keep one part open and leave other part closed. The lack of tilt rods on the shutters we think looks great combined with the slick and stylish pleated blinds. The shutters look really nice in every room and we think are a great way of decorating your window but unlike most things in life practicality comes in hand with a great look.
