Plantation shutters our fitter installed in Ashbourne, Co Meath. It’s just a one large shutter in the sitting room. In the picture you can see a mid-rail on each side which is used to separate the shutter into two parts. About half way up you can see a split tilt which does the same job as a mid-rail but it is invisible . There are tilt rods which are used for opening and closing louvres also on this shutter.
