We have fitted shutters onto patio doors and a kitchen window. The shutters we have fitted come with a central tilt rod which lets you open and close the louvres. You can also see a difference between a bi-fold option and a standard panels which open to both sides. There also mid-rails on the patio doors which separate the shutters into two parts so you can have one part open and one part closed.
