Office/Warehouse Assistant

Signature Blinds & Shutters are expanding and we are looking for someone to join our small dedicated team in our office in Dublin 15. This full-time position is available immediately and is warehouse based. Salary €25000.

Main Purpose of Role:
The candidate must have strong telephone and interpersonal skills.

Inputting orders onto system.

liasing with sales and fitting teams.

Arranging and organising deliveries(some heavy manual handling required)

Arranging installation with customers for fitters.

Managing staff calendars.

Organise recycling of packaging.(manual handling).


Location / Hours:
Based at our office in Northwest Business Park, Dublin 15. You will work from 9am – 5.30pm.
