Hall and Kitchen Shutters in Dublin 15
We fitted shutters to the hall and front kitchen windows in this lovely home in Dublin 15.
A lot of people are unaware that shutters can be fitted to the sidelight windows beside a front door. They are a great option for this area not only because they look fabulous but give privacy from outside and can still be tilted to let lght into the hallway.
The kitchen window was much taller, so we included a divider rail in the shutter. This gives the tall panels extra support. The louvres above and below the rail can be adjusted separately, which is handy when you want privacy at one level but plenty of light coming through the rest of the window. This shows how shutters can work across very different window sizes in the same home.
