After getting a few quotes, we ended up going with Signature. We found that from the beginning they were a pleasure dealing with, from Derek and Mark in sales, to Oscar and Carla in the office dealing with the delivery, to Marcin and Darragh with the installation. There was a slight issue with one of the shutters after the installation, but Brian came over the very next day to sort it out which was fantastic. Great team, all very polite and professional. So happy with how our new shutters turned out 😊 Very competitively priced too! So pleased with their work that we just ordered roller blinds from them last week and due to be installed this week. We recently had Signature Blinds and Shutters put in plantation shutters in our home. The entire experience was exceptional.We had a consultation with Derek which was really helpful and Derek allowed lots of time to chat and go through the various options; we never felt rushed.When it came to fitting, Keith came to install the shutters and was again an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was a time consuming job as we have bay windows, but Keith remained cheery and stayed on to finish the job within the day. We are delighted with the finished result; it has added a lovely touch to our home and elevated it from a fairly drab looking house to one with character and style. Outstanding service. It was very hard to get the pleated blinds for our unusually large windows and other companies weren't able to do that. I have a large triangular window and no one else would even give me a quote. Signature gave me a really good price and it looks beautiful. I'm very happy with the quality of the shutters and the neat installation. If you can afford it, go for the invisible tilt-rod option for a simple elegance.

I heard of Signature blind’s years ago they did plantation shutters for a neighbour and they looked brilliant and to this day they are In Perfect condition! I knew I would always go with Signature blinds for my plantation shutters! Oskar was so nice over the phone and priced the job by email and the chap can’t remember his name came and measured and was very informative and had all the samples needed! Then on time the plantation shutters came and were installed by a lovely chap and he was neat and tidy and did an amazing job installing them!

Delighted with my shutters and roman blinds. Keith turned up to put them up yesterday 22nd Dec, I was not expecting them until after Christmas. I got shutters for three french doors, it took quite a while to put up, mostly due to my wonky walls... After a long day for Keith, who was most professional and courteous, he finally finished and I was very happy with the result. Can't fault this company from start to finish, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We started our process with Signature Blinds with Mark calling out to our house, Mark was incredibly professional, open about time lines for the shutters to arrive and very helpful with the guidance on what would work better, we ended up with 11 shutters & 6 pleated blinds ordered.When it came to the fitting, Keith, Brian & Marcin arrived on time. They were very pleasant to deal with when I had a few questions about the pleated blinds and shutters, efficient with how they worked within the house causing zero disruption, even with an inquisitive toddler.We would highly recommend this company and have already put in an order for our garden room to be fitted.

I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He arrived on time and just got on with the job in hand. So in love with my shutters. The product is exceptional but I can’t just leave the review at that. The team that came in to assemble it was extremely professional: nice, polite, fast, and efficient. In August we also had pleated blinds put on our kitchen windows and the service, although carried by a different person, was at the exact same level and standards. Highly recommend it

From start to finish Signature Blinds have been so easy to deal with. Just had fitted 4 shutters , two Venetian and two rollers. Mark was fantastic, very patient and knowledgeable and took time to talk through all the options and design. Keith and Marcin fitted and were unbelievable. They were so neat and tidy.
