From start to finish an excellent process after an initial call and then a quickly scheduled home visit with Keith we got an immediate and detailed quote which beat the others. Only a few weeks later the blinds were efficiently installed by Tomasz and they have exceeded our expectations with black out blinds being well worth the extra cost. When we decided to have Plantation Blinds fitted to our property as part of a refurbishment project, we contacted several companies. One offered a DIY only solution, expecting us to fit the shutters ourselves. The second company did not respond. Signature Blinds was very responsive and clear in both their communication of timing as well as in terms of the onsite support. We received a good explanation of the design options available and happily followed the recommendations. The onsite consultation took place in September and we were advised of an expected fitting date of January. To our surprise, the blinds were available already in early December. Tomasz the fitter did an outstanding job in terms of arriving on time, working diligently to ensure exact fitment and double checked in detail the adjustment and working of the blinds as well as explaining everythig we needed to consider when operating the blinds. The work was completed in an afternoon despite of the size of the windows. He made sure that no packaging was left behind and that the site was left in a clean state. He clearly exceeded our expectations. Hence 5 stars for hois work.
There is one thing I would like to suggest as possible design improvement. The shutters do not come with either knobs or handles to open/close. We would have preferred to be given the option to have them fitted as they are a very useful addition and will now fit them ourselves.

We were absolutely delighted with our experiences with Signature Blinds from start to finish. Although our house is in the midlands, therefore outside of most of their work, all went very smoothly. The person who measured the work and gave the final estimate arrived exactly on time, was very friendly, efficient and very helpful with advise. The blinds were ready over a week ahead of schedule. The person (Izzy) who fitted the seven blinds was also on time, very friendly and excellent at fitting the blinds to our awkward old windows. They look great and were a very reasonable price too. All contact with the management (Oskar) was also very efficient and friendly. We highly recommend Signature Blinds.

From the start, the lads were very friendly and helpful. We scheduled an appointment where we got to choose exactly what we wanted. We opted for one set of shutters and 4 sets of blinds. Prices were extremely competitive.

Having had Venetian blinds for years we decided to change to shutters. I contacted Signature Blinds & Shutters and from start to finish our experience has been first class. Derek initially called to give a quote & show us the different options. We went with the bigger slats and absolutely thrilled we did. Our blinds were fitted on the promised date and Izzy the fitter was superb. His work is excellent and he left the place immaculate when he was finished. Last year I had Mark come to measure and quote, however, had to put off installation until this year, where he was very efficient in returning and giving a revised quote (some changes). Deliver was a week or two early, delighted with that. Keith came to install and was a very efficient, clean and bit of craic. Would highly recommend using Signature Blinds & Shutters. Really pleased with all stages of my signature shutter blinds from measuring up to fitting, it was a really easy experience with great communication along the way.

I love my new shutter blinds. Keith fitted them for me and he was very professional and hard working. The end result was even better than I had imagined.

So in love with my shutters. The product is exceptional but I can’t just leave the review at that. The team that came in to assemble it was extremely professional: nice, polite, fast, and efficient. In August we also had pleated blinds put on our kitchen windows and the service, although carried by a different person, was at the exact same level and standards. Highly recommend it

From start to finish Signature Blinds have been so easy to deal with. Just had fitted 4 shutters , two Venetian and two rollers. Mark was fantastic, very patient and knowledgeable and took time to talk through all the options and design. Keith and Marcin fitted and were unbelievable. They were so neat and tidy. Marcin thanks for walking through the shutters and all your tips. Couldn’t be happier, thanks lads.
